A chilly February wedding in Cincinnati, Ohio at Saint Monica Saint George Parish Newman Center- or MOGO for short. This Catholic church is very sedimentary-being the church that I started to from a real relationship with Christ and whenever I am back I am always reminded of the goodness that this Catholic church has given me!

On this cold Saturday a few weeks before lent Janey and Regis traveled their way up to Cincinnati for their wedding! Since graduation they have been living in the warmer south of the Carolina's, but decided to get married at the church that they met, got engaged, and soon would be married in.

Their wedding was a great celebration of their love for Christ- their wedding was a full mass fit with alter servers, and was celebrated aud orientem- which means facing the east. Regis is from Togo, Africa and to honor his home a song was sung in French and the people who brought up the gifts did this shuffle dance I can't really describe. Many people traveled far and wide to celebrate this sweet couple.

I love being able to have to opportunity to capture the beauty of the Catholic faith and in a real way be able to share in the beauty and truth that our Lord proclaims in each mass we attend. It is truly a dream and a call that the Lord has so generously given me- I hope I am able to continue to do this as God graciously allows me to!
